There are no accounts to create and no advertising here. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting provider keeps the standard server logs any website produces, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for, in order to run the service.

When you use the contact form, the intake form at Begin, or the Locator, what you submit (your name, your email address, what you write, and the answers you choose) is emailed to Joshua through an email delivery service and copied to a private spreadsheet he keeps for follow-up. The Locator emails you your own result only if you ask for it, and adds you to occasional updates only if you opt in. That information is used to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation with you. It is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone else.

Joshua runs a small set of private tools, registered with Google under the name “gtools (personal)”, that work on his own Google account. They read and write his own Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets so that he can draft mail, keep a calendar brief, and move documents around from a command line. Nobody else can sign in to them, and they touch no one else’s account.

Data these tools handle stays in Joshua’s own Google account and on machines he controls. Nothing is sent to third parties, nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising. Their use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
