A chemistry call is a real conversation, not a sales call. We look at what you are sitting with, what the work would be at this stage, and whether I am the right third for it. If not, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Tell me what you’re sitting with.
A few lines is enough. I’ll reply with times, and with a question or two of my own so the thirty minutes start at depth. Within two days of the call you’ll have a written note from me: what I heard, and what I’d propose.
Have the same call with at least one other coach. The fit between two people is most of what makes coaching work, and it is easier to judge by comparison.
